Ripe avocado | 1 | |
Edamame | 10 Ounce ((shelled cooked)) | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) , mince | |
Lemon | 1 ((zested and juiced)) | |
Onion powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Pita chips | 1 Packet | |
Chopped fresh cilantro | 3 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1. In a bowl (or food processor) add the avocado and edamame. Mash together or blend together if using a food processor.
2. To the bowl add the garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro.
3. Mix together until completely combined.
SERVING:
