|Edamame||10 Ounce (shelled cooked)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm) , mince|
|Lemon||1 (zested and juiced)|
|Onion powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Pita chips||1 Packet|
|Chopped fresh cilantro||3 Tablespoon|
1. In a bowl (or food processor) add the avocado and edamame. Mash together or blend together if using a food processor.
2. To the bowl add the garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro.
3. Mix together until completely combined.
4. That’s it! Serve it with some pita chips or veggies and you have a delicious and healthy appetizer
