Avocado Edamame Dip

Looking for a HEALTHY appetizer recipe for this St. Patrick's Day? This delicious dip is not only healthy but packed with flavor-and green!

Ingredients

Ripe avocado 1
Edamame 10 Ounce (shelled cooked)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , mince
Lemon 1 (zested and juiced)
Onion powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Pita chips 1 Packet
Chopped fresh cilantro 3 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. In a bowl (or food processor) add the avocado and edamame. Mash together or blend together if using a food processor.

2. To the bowl add the garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro.

3. Mix together until completely combined.

SERVING:

4. That’s it! Serve it with some pita chips or veggies and you have a delicious and healthy appetizer
