This low carb and keto friendly bacon and avocado dip is perfect to put on top of burgers, grilled chicken, and so much more.
Avocados | 2 Medium , peeled (pitted) | |
Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Grated onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cooked bacon | 2 Ounce , crumbled |
MAKING:
1.Mash avocados with a fork, or force through sieve.
2.Add sour cream, lemon juice, onion and add salt; chill.
3.Just before serving stir in bacon, reserving a few bits of bacon for garnish.
SERVING:
4.Serve with chips or use as a garnish for burgers or sandwiches.
