Chocolate Fruit Dip Delight

Fruits can be enjoyed within desserts, salads, ice-creams, and as well as with great dips. Here is a recipe to make a creamy and cool Fruit Dip Delight.

Ingredients

Heavy whipping cream 16 Ounce
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/8 Teaspoon
Semi sweet chocolate chips 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Fruit 4 Cup (64 tbs)

Directions

In a mixing bowl mix together the heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg until cream reaches a medium peak.

In a separate bowl add in semi-sweet chocolate chips and place in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, taking the bowl out after each segment to stir. Repeat process until chocolate has melted. (Approximate time is 1 minute and 30 seconds.)

Combine half of the whipped cream to the melted chocolate and stir to combine. Wait 5-10 minutes or until chocolate has cooled slightly then fold in the remaining whipped cream. Serve with fruit of your choice. Enjoy!
