Easy Japanese Miso Soup

Asian particularly Thai style soups with soybean are nutritious as well as delicious. Check out the recipe to make Miso Soup out of miso paste, tofu, and other typical Japanese ingredients. Simple to make and great in taste!

Ingredients

Miso paste 6 Tablespoon ((Soybean Paste))
Dashi powder 4 Teaspoon
Silken tofu 12 Ounce , cubed ((1 Package))
Shitake mushrooms 8 Ounce , sliced
Scallions 3

Directions

Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil and stir in the dashi powder, then turn heat down to simmer. Ladle 1 ½ cups of broth into a separate bowl and whisk together with the miso paste until dissolved into the broth. Then slowly stir the mixture back into the pot of dashi broth. Cut up tofu, mushrooms and scallions and place into the broth and stir. Serve and Enjoy!
