Baby Banana Breads

Baby Banana Breads are a delicious miniaturised version of the cafe classic. Perfect for lunchbox treats or after school snacking, these little loaves are packed with fruit, muesli and flavour! Quick to prepare, you can make a big batch and freeze some for later - give it a go!

Ingredients

Self raising flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Brown sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Muesli/Granola /plain rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Bananas 2 Large , mashed (over ripe is best)
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Eggs 3 , lightly beaten
Butter 150 Gram , melted

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven at 350°F.

Grease loaf pan and set aside.

       

MAKING:                        

In a large bowl, combine self rising flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, muesli and mix well.

In a jug, combine mashed bananas, milk, butter, eggs and mix well.

Pour the milk mixture into flour mixture and stir until combined.

Divide mixture into mini-loaf pan.

Pop into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Allow to cool completely.

 

SERVING:
