Ingredients

Potatoes 4
Salt To Taste (in total)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Cream cheese 6 Tablespoon
Chopped spring onions 3 Tablespoon
Grated cheese 3 Teaspoon
Black pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat your oven at 200 degrees.

MAKING:

2.Line up the baking tray with aluminum foil and place the potatoes on it.

3. Prick them with the fork, and rub them with salt & oil.

4.Keep it in the oven for 90 minutes at 190 or 200 degrees depending on the size of potatoes.

5.When the potatoes cool down wipe off excess oil & salt and cut off the top.

6.Scoop out the interior of the potato.

7.With the mashed potatoes add the cream cheese, salt and pepper and spring onions.

8.Fill the hallow potatoes with the filling.

9.grate some cheese on top.

10.Keep it in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
