Here is a great side dish for any grilling adventure! Backyard, family dinner or camping this easy and delicious Loaded Dutch oven Potato recipe from Klondike Brands will satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Best thing is you can serve them right in your Dutch oven!

Ingredients

Potatoes 2 Pound , diced (Klondike Rose)
Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , softened
Cooked crumbled bacon 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped green onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Seasoning salt 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the dutch oven.

 

MAKING

2. Add butter to the oven and melt it down. Saute green onions with seasoning salt and then drop in the potatoes, followed by half the bacon. Place the oven lid on and start cooking.

3. Cook until the potatoes are tender, approximately 45 minutes, stirring at times to prevent sticking.

4. Throw in some cheese and stir it in.

5. Scoop out the potatoes on a serving plate. Garnish with remaining bacon, shredded cheese.

 

SERVING

6. Put a dollop of sour cream over the potatoes and serve.
