|Lettuce head||3 (((Full Heads of your choice)))|
|Shredded carrots||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((taste)))|
|Shredded jicama||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((taste)))|
|Shredded summer squash/Zucchini||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grape tomatoes/Cherry tomatoes||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Red bell peppers||2 (((sliced into strips)))|
|Fresh broccoli florets||To Taste (((blanched)))|
|Fresh green beans||To Taste (((trimmed and blanched)))|
|Cooked chicken||1 1/2 Pound (((cut into cubes)))|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||To Taste|
1.Wash, trim, cut and shred the vegetables.
2.Mix the shredded carrots, jicama and summer squash together.
3.Grate the cheese.
4.Cut the chicken into cubes.
5.Use a trifle dish or any other deep glass serving dish.
6.Layer each ingredient starting with lettuce and follow with a layer of each ingredient.
7.Be sure and place another layer of lettuce in the middle and then repeat the other ingredients as desired.
