Self raising flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Cinnamon toast crunch 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crush (plus extra for serving)
Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Castor sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Buttermilk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Egg 1 , beaten
Melted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
