Wings are for flying, not frying! So next time youre craving buffalo wings, opt for these healthy, quick easy cauliflower wings. For Gluten free option, use rice flour instead of plain flour.


Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cauliflower head 1
Carrot 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ginger 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Tablespoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Plain flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Corn flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red chilli powder To Taste
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Tomato puree 2 Tablespoon
Chili sauce To Taste
Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
Sesame seeds To Taste
Coriander leaves To Taste
