An asian twist to burgers.

Ingredients

Coconut milk 270 Milliliter
Peanut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (about 140g)
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (about 40g)
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , crush
Sweet chilli sauce 2 Tablespoon
Grated ginger 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Chicken mince 400 Gram
Brown onion 1 , mince
Cornflake crumbs 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (plus extra leaves to garnish)
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (to shallow
Hamburger buns 4
Baby spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tomato slices 8
Red onion slices 8
