Burgers with low fat? YES!


For burger patties:
Lean ground beef 500 Gram
Grated celery 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Grated carrots 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Fresh minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
Chopped coriander 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Bread crumbs 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((or corn crumbs))
Egg 1
Greek yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Smoked paprika powder 1/2 Teaspoon
For yogurt dressing:
Chopped cucumber 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped mint leaves 1 Teaspoon
For filling:
Buns 8 ((gluten free, optional))
Tomato 1 , slice
Iceberg lettuce leaves 4
