Bulk Samosa Making With Ease - Air Fryer Baked

These days I quickly prepare the samosa stuffing using one single pressure cooker pot. Then use oven or air fryer to bake samosa or simply fry them and enjoy! So in this video, one can learn how to make lots of samosa with ease.


For the stuffing:
Onion 1 Large , finely chopped
Finely diced potato 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Green chilli paste 1 Tablespoon
Poha 1 Cup (16 tbs) , soaked (optional)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Cumin 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Garam masala To Taste
Dried mango powder 1 Teaspoon
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
For the dough:
Plain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Ajwain 1/2 Teaspoon
Ghee 3 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Water/Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Oil spray 4 Dash


Makes 24 samosas.
