High Protein Salad.

Ingredients

Cilantro bunch 1 (root only for the marinade and leaves for the garnish)
Ginger piece 3 Inch
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Long red chilies 4
Lemons 2 (zested, juiced)
Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 55 Gram (about 1/4 cup)
Beef strips 700 Gram
Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Red onion 1 , halved (thinly sliced)
Lebanese cucumber 1 , halved (seeded, thinly sliced)
Mint leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped roasted peanuts 1 Tablespoon
