Ingredients

Pad thai noodles 300 Gram , cooked, drained
Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
Egg 1
Firm tofu 150 Gram , drained (cut into 2cm cubes)
Spring onions 2 , cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
Chopped peanuts 35 Gram (about 1/4 cup, unsalted)
Lime juice 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Fish sauce 2 Teaspoon
Bean sprouts 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (for serving)
Lime wedges 2 (optional, for serving)
