Green Hulk Smoothie

This is the ultimate green smoothie. Packs a nutrition punch and tastes great too.

Ingredients

Frozen banana 1/2 , peeled
Unfiltered apple juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 ml)
Ice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (2 cubes)
Chia seed 2 Tablespoon
Green 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (your choice)

Directions

MAKING

1. In blender, add apple juice, chia seeds, ice cubes, banana, and greens. Blend well.

 

SERVING

2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
