Ingredients

Spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Yogurt 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Flax seeds 1 Tablespoon
Avocado 1
Pear 1 , cut in half
Kiwi fruit 1 , peeled (sliced)
Apple sauce/Apple puree 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
