Betty's Baked Country Ham with Brown Sugar-Pineapple Sauce- Christmas

Betty demonstrates how to prepare Country Ham with Brown Sugar-Pineapple Sauce for your Christmas table. This is a terrific entree at Christmas time.


Country ham slices 2 1/2 Pound , baked (as needed, If you can't find country ham, use any kind of sliced ham)
Light brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , firmly packed
All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Canned crushed pineapple 8 1/4 Ounce , drained



1.Arrange ham slices on a nice serving platter.



2.In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and flour.

3.Stir in water and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Let cool.

4.Stir in pineapple.



5.Serve alongside ham slices and enjoy!
