Butter | 100 Gram | |
Milk | 3 Tablespoon (boiled and cooled down to room temperature) | |
Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Rose essence | 1 Teaspoon | |
Condensed milk | 400 Gram | |
Refined flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (maida) | |
Baking powder | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Whipped cream | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Red food coloring | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Chocolate chips | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
GETTING READY:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
MAKING:
2. In a bowl beat together butter, milk, oil, rose essence and condensed milk for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add refined flour and baking powder. Mix well and beat again for 5 minutes.
4. Grease an aluminium cake tin with oil and stick butter paper to it.
5. Pour the batter in the cake tin and level it.
6. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
7. Let the cake cool down to room temperature.
8. Unmould the cake from the cake tin and decorate with whipped cream and choco-chips.
