Super easy, flourless chocolate cakes to make for your sweetie. Only 5 ingredients! These are simple, creamy, gluten-free dessert that are delicious.
Bittersweet chocolate | 4 Ounce (60 | |
Unsalted butterstick | 1 , softened (1/4 pound) | |
Grand marnier/Other liqueur | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Sugar | 5 Tablespoon | |
Eggs | 2 |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat oven to 325F.
MAKING:
2.In a bowl, break chocolate into pieces with butter.
3.In a pot, combine grand marnier, 4 tablespoons of sugar and bring to boil.
4.Once sugar dissolves, add butter and chocolates. Stir until well melted.
5.Beat eggs with remaining sugar and slowly pour in chocolate mixture. Whisk well until thick.
6.Divide the mixture into ramekins and place into large pan with inch of water.
7.Pop into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
8.Once done, allow to cool completely.
