Do you love the Texas Roadhouse rolls? These are easy to make, and they taste delicious. These slightly sweet rolls are amazing to make. You can make these homemade yeast rolls and they will taste just like they do in the restaurant.

Warm milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (100 degrees) | |
Active dry yeast | 2 1/4 Teaspoon (Saf instant gold yeast) | |
Bread flour/All purpose flour | 3 1/2 Cup (56 tbs) | |
Sugar | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Egg | 1 | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Melted butter | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Non stick spray | 2 Dash | |
For honey cinnamon butter | ||
Butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , softened | |
Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
Powdered sugar | 2 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a measuring cup, pour in the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Gently stir.
Using a stand mixer, combine the flour, egg, butter, and salt. Add the milk mixture and process until dough.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, turn the dough to grease all sides, and cover with a towel. Let rise until it has doubled in size.
MAKING
Take out the dough and place on a flat surface. Pat with hands or rolling pin to make a square. Cut into 16 portions with a sharp knife and place on the prepared baking sheet and let rise again, until doubled.
Bake the rolls for 10 minutes.
For the honey, cinnamon butter – in a bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix well.
SERVING
Serve the roll with flavored butter.
