Creamy peanut butter | 65 Gram ((60 mL / 1/4 cup)) | |

Buttermilk | 125 Milliliter ((1/2 cup)) | |
For peanut butter icing: | ||
Butter | 120 Gram ((125 mL / 1/2 cup)) | |
Creamy peanut butter | 65 Gram ((60 mL / 1/4 cup)) | |
Buttermilk | 75 Milliliter ((1/3 cup)) | |
Icing sugar | 325 Gram ((625 mL / 2 1/2 cups)) | |

GETTING READY:
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
MAKING:
2. Combine butter, water and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
3. While the PB is heating mix together flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl; set aside.
4. Whisk to combine eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
5. When the the PB mixture comes to a boil, remove from the heat and stir in sugar.
6. Add flour mixture and mix well.
7. Whisk in the buttermilk mixture.
8. Spread into a greased 10"x15" jelly-roll pan.
9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until it springs back when gently touched.
10. While the cake is baking, make the icing.
11. Combine butter, peanut butter and buttermilk in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil.
12. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and vanilla to spreading consistency.
13. Pour and spread icing over warm cake.
