This popular Thai Chicken main is flavoured with basil leaves, fresh red chillies and garlic and stir fried with Hoisin and Soya sauce.

Boneless chicken thigh | 1 Pound , cut in small pieces | |
Hoisin sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
Light soya sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
Dark soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. Pound garlic and red chilies to a coarse consistency.
2. Heat oil in a wok. Saute chili garlic in hot oil. Cook for a bit and then add shallots.
3. Once the shallots are cooked, drop boneless thigh meat. Stir and cook until the meat is well done.
4. Add hoisin sauce, light soy sauce and dark soya sauce to the chicken. Mix well.
5. Drop in basil leaves. Stir quickly.
SERVING
6. Serve this heavenly basil chicken with jasmine rice or glass noodles. Enjoy.
