Chocolate Pistachio Bundt Cake

Are you looking for an easy cake to make for St. Patricks Day? This Chocolate Pistachio Bundt cake is very easy to make. You need a box of cake mix, and some chocolate syrup.


Yellow cake mix 18 Ounce
Pistachio instant pudding mix 3 Ounce
Eggs 4
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vegetable oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chocolate syrup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cooking spray 4 Dash
For serving
Icing sugar 1 Teaspoon



1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

2. Spray the bottom and sides of a Bundt cake pan with cooking spray.


3. In a mixer bowl, put together cake mix, pudding mix, oil and water and start beating at low speed in stand mixer using a paddle attachment.

4. While still beating add in 1 egg at a time, and beating well after each addition.

5. In a bowl, place the chocolate syrup and 1 cup of prepared cake batter, and beat well to combine.

6. In the Bundt cake pan, pour the cake batter and pour the chocolate cake batter on top.

7. Swirl in a tip of knife in the batter to give the marble pattern.

8. Bake in oven for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.


9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.


10. Sprinkle icing sugar on top, cut and serve as desired.


You can top the cake with chocolate icing.
