How To Make Ice Cream Cake Pops

These are unique, so delicious and perfect for summer- or any time of year! Great for birthday treats and fun to make.

Ingredients

9 inch cake layer 1/2
Frosting 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Candy melts/340 g white chocolate dyed pink (melted) 12 Ounce
Bittersweet chocolate 4 Ounce , melted
Sprinkles 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
M & m/Skittles /smarties 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sugar cones 12 , trimmed to fit the cake balls

Directions

MAKING:

Mix cake with frosting and make balls as shown in the video.

Place the cake balls in a baking tray and freeze for 15 minutes.

Dip the frozen balls into candy melts and place over sugar cones.

Drizzle sprinkles and melted chocolate. Garnish with m&ms’.

 

SERVING:                       

Serve chill and enjoy!
