BBQ Beef Shoulder Clod -Rec Tec Review

Couldn't think of a better way to put my new RecTec RT680 to the test than doing a 23 hour shoulder clod cook!


For ingredients, please watch the video.



Cut the meat as shown in the video.

Inject 1 cup of beef au jus into meat and coat with brisket rub.

Allow to rest overnight.



Preheat the rec tec grill to 225°F.

Barbeque the meat for 20-24 hours, and baste every 4 hours with au jus and rub mixture.

Allow to cool and cut as desired.



Serve and enjoy!
