Beijing BBQ Beef Rib

On this video, we find an awesome copycat recipe for Beijing Beef sauce from https://dinnerthendessert.com that we use on some smoked beef ribs on the LoneStar Grill offset smoker. This is one of the top sauces that I am going to keep around. This would be great on pork ribs or chicken wings.
