In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Corned Beef Sandwich Bake. This is a very easy and economical dish that you can serve with Scalloped Cabbage to commemorate St. Patrick's Day.

Biscuit mix 2 1/4 Cup (36 tbs) (((Bisquick)))
Milk 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (((as required by Bisquick instructions)))
Corned beef 24 Ounce , chilled (((2
Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
Prepared mustard 3 Tablespoon (((prepared yellow mustard)))
Cheese slice 6 (((mild or sharp)))
Tomato 1 Large , sliced
Melted butter 1 Teaspoon (((as needed)))

1. Preheat oven to 425 degree F.

2. Follow package direction and prepare biscuit mix using a proportional amount of milk.

3. Transfer dough on floured surface and knead until the dough becomes little bit elastic. Sprinkle some flour on the top, just enough to handle.

4. In an ungreased baking dish, flatten dough until it covers the bottom and extends about an inch up each side.

5. Now, remove the chilled corned beef from cans, and scrape off any excess fat and discard.

6. Slice each into 8 roughly equal slices. Lay beef slices in baking pan, covering the biscuit dough in the bottom.

7. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and prepared yellow mustard. Spread the mixture over top of beef slices.

8. Pop the baking dish in oven and bake for 15 minutes.

9. Baste the edge with melted butter and top beef with cheese and tomato slices.

10. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes.

11. Remove from oven, slice and serve immediately.
