Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chill | |
Triple sec | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((or other orange liqueur)) | |
Golden rum | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((use dark or light rum instead)) | |
Chilled sparkling wine | 750 Milliliter | |
Orange | 1/2 Medium , thinly sliced | |
Rosemary sprigs | 3 |
MAKING
1. In a large pitcher, pour orange juice, rum, and triple sec.
2. Gradually pour sparkling wine and stir gently.
3. In a champagne flute, fold and place an orange slice at the bottom.
4. Pour punch in glass.
SERVING
5. Garnish with rosemary sprig and serve rum punch immediately.
