Betty demonstrates how to make Nuts and Bolts Snack Mix to use for Christmas parties and get-together. It is crunchy and spicy.


Cheerios cereal 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Small pretzels 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Roasted salted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon



1. Preheat oven to 275 degree F.



2. In a large bowl, add Cheerios, pretzels, and peanuts. Set aside.

3. Place a saucepan over low flame, add butter and wait just until melted. Remove from heat.

4. Add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder into the melted butter. Mix well.

5. Pour the butter mixture over cereal mixture and stir until thoroughly coated.

6. In a 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch dish, transfer the mixture and bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Remove from oven, and transfer to serving bowls.



8. Serve and enjoy!
