This is truly a stereo typical Christmas in one bite(or two). Turkey is mixed with onion, garlic and paprika, pine nuts, cranberries, cubes of Asiago, sage, parsley and rosemary before its rolled into a breadcrumb, cheese and herb mixture and baked.

Asiago cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((cubes))) | |
Chopped mixed herbs | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((Parsley, Sage & Rosemary))) | |

Fresh breadcrumbs | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
MAKING:
In a large bowl, combine turkey, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, pine nuts, cranberries, rice, cheese, mixed herbs, salt, pepper, red pepper and mix well.
Using an ice cream scoop, divide into balls.
Mix breadcrumbs with grated cheese and herbs.
Roll the meatballs over breadcrumbs mixture and place on baking tray.
Pop into oven and for 20 minutes.
