Betty's Christmas Roast Chicken Gravy -- Christmas

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Christmas Roast Chicken Gravy. This gravy is made from the chicken broth of the Christmas roast chicken in the previous video. The recipe will work with any chicken broth.


Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs) (3
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or more if needed)
Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon



1. Place a heavy pot on flame and pour broth in it.

2. In a cup, mix cornstarch and water. Pour it into the pot with broth. Stir constantly and bring to a boil over medium flame. Cook, stirring constantly until gravy is thickened and bubbly.

3. Add more water, if gravy is too thick. You can add additional cornstarch to thicken if thin.


4. Serve with roast chicken and enjoy!
