Oil | 2 Teaspoon , divided ((1 tbsp for frying the cottage cheese and 1 tbsp for frying the vegetables)) | |
Cottage cheese cubes | 12 ((low fat)) | |
Green chilly | 1 , chop | |
Chopped onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
Chopped tomato | 1 Tablespoon | |
Chopped capsicum | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste |
MAKING:
1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan.
2. Add to it 10-12 pieces of low fat cottage cheese.
3. Now saute it till it turns brown.
4. Then remove it in a plate and keep aside.
5. Add 1 tsp oil in the same pan.
6. Then add 1 chopped green chilly.
7. Also include 1 tbsp chopped onion.
8. Saute it till the onion turns translucent.
9. Then add 1 tbsp chopped tomato.
10. Also add 1 tbsp chopped capsicum.
11. Saute these ingredients for 5 minutes.
12. Now add the fried cottage cheese pieces to this mixture.
13. Add salt and pepper to taste.
SERVING:
