Lactose intolerance is a condition wherein one is unable to digest the lactose that is present in dairy products. Lactose is also referred to as milk sugar. This condition develops due to a deficiency of an enzyme called lactase, an enzyme that is, produced by the lining of the small intestine cells that line the wall of the small intestine.

Ingredients

Low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped almonds 2 Tablespoon
Basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
Honey 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1.Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend it together.

2. Add some water, if needed .
