Onions 2 , finely chopped
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , mince
Bell peppers 2 , finely chopped (green and red)
Ground turkey 1 Kilogram
Oregano 2 Teaspoon
Bay leaves 2
Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Chicken boullion 2 Teaspoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Canned tomato paste 5 Ounce (1/2 can of 10 ounce)
Canned kidney beans 10 Ounce (1 can)
Canned pinto beans 10 Ounce (1 can)
Canned diced tomatoes 20 Ounce (2 cans of 10 ounce each)
Flour 1 Tablespoon
Garnishes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (cheese, celery, frozen corn, sour cream, green onions)
