Ground turkey 2 Pound
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 1 , chop
Peppers 2 , chop ((red and green peppers))
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Oregano 2 Teaspoon
Bay leaves 2
Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Chicken bouillon 2 Teaspoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Canned tomato paste 5 Ounce ((1/2 can of 10 ounce))
Canned pinto beans 10 Ounce ((1 can))
Canned kidney beans 10 Ounce ((1 can))
Canned diced tomatoes 20 Ounce ((2 cans of 10 ounce each))
Flour 1 Tablespoon
Toppings 1 Tablespoon ((sour cream, chopped cilantro and grated cheddar cheese))
