|Sour cream||1 Pint|
|Italian salad dressing||1 Packet (Good Seasons, dry mix)|
|Dried basil leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
In a small bowl mix all ingredients together. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for several hours or overnight.
Serve with your choice of raw vegetables.
