Betty's Relish Tray with Vegetable Dip -- Easter

Betty demonstrates how to make a Relish Tray, along with a Vegetable Dip for Easter. This recipe uses a variety of fresh vegetables and includes a spicy, flavorful dip for the vegetables.


Sour cream 1 Pint
Italian salad dressing 1 Packet (Good Seasons, dry mix)
Dried basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
Chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste



In a small bowl mix all ingredients together. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for several hours or overnight. 


Serve with your choice of raw vegetables. 

Suggested vegetables: broccoli florets, grape tomatoes, sugar or snow peas, rainbow carrots, cucumbers, and red bell peppers. Suggested crackers, if desired: Sociables.
