Jalapeno 1 Kilogram , slit in middle and deseeded

GETTING READY

1. Place a soke generator in the grill.

2. Fill in with maple wood.

 

MAKING

3. Place the jalapenos in the grill and cold smoke for 6 to 8 hours.

4. Dry in the oven at 70 C for 8 to 10 hours.

 

SERVING

5. The chipotle peppers are ready to use.
