Beer Braised Pork Belly

A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.

Ingredients

Pork belly 1 1/2 Kilogram
Beer 24 Fluid Ounce (((Samuel adams)))
Kosher salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY:

Make cuts on the pork belly as shown in the video and allow to braise in beer for 4 hours in a refrigerator.

Once done, drain the meat, pat dry and season with salt.

Preheat the grill in indirect heat.

 

MAKING:

Place the pork belly on the rack of grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Once it reaches the desired temperature, change the setting to direct heat.

Baste the pork belly with beer and place on grill rack with fat side facing down.

Cook until the meat gets well cooked. Flip occasionally and baste with beer.

Allow to cool once done.

 

SERVING:

Serve with sandwich and enjoy!
