Here is a recipe I used to make with my mom, way back in the days. It is perfect for beginners and fairly quick to make. I used a 2-rack Prime Rib Roast, olive oil, fresh herbs, salt pepper, plus lots of garlic.
|Prime rib||5 Pound ((bone in))|
|Chopped rosemary||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped sage||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped thyme||4 Tablespoon|
|Minced garlic||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm) , slice|
|Oil||4 Tablespoon ((For greasing))|
