Sugar | 300 Gram | |
Water | 450 Milliliter | |
Cream | 2 Teaspoon |
GETTING READY
1. Wash sago granules and soak them in 150 ml of water. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
MAKING
2. Take a pan and add 1 cup water to it. Heat water and add sago granules. Let it boil with constant stirring. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add more water if needed.
3. Pour milk and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Add sugar, cardamom powder, and cream. Stir occasionally and cook till sago becomes soft. Be careful that it doesn't turn mushy.
SERVING
5. Serve sabudana kheer hot or cold.
