For the muffin:
Eggs 3
Bananas 2
Melted coconut oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Non fat yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Apple sauce 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Vanilla extarct 1 Teaspoon
Oat bran 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Vanilla protein powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Designer whey French)
For streusal topping:
Vanilla protein powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Designer whey French)
Oat bran 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped pecans 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Melted coconut oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
