Remember to use fresh ingredients when making drinks. When you make the bay syrup, don't add too much sugar as the bay already has a sweet flavor. You could also try muddling a few bay leaves with the ginger if you don't want to make the syrup.

Put a few pieces of fresh ginger in a tall glass.
Add 1/2 oz. lemon juice to the glass.
Muddle them properly.
Add 1/2 oz. bay leaf juice.
Add 1/2 oz. frangelico.
Add 2 oz. stolichnaya vodka to the glass.
Add 2 oz. kern's peach nectar.
Add some ice to the glass.
Shake well.
Double strain the cocktail in a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a fresh slice of peach.
