How to make Juicy Lucy Burgers, which are a burger recipe stuffed with cheese inside so when you bite into it, there's a cheesy core/center.


For burger
85% lean ground beef 1 Pound
Salt 3/4 Teaspoon
Pepper To Taste
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Sliced cheddar cheese To Taste
For burger sauce
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mustard 1 Tablespoon
Sriracha 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon



Burger Sauce Recipe

Mix all ingredients together to combine.

Juicy Lucy Burgers Recipe

Season the ground beef with the salt, then divide into 8 pieces. Shape each piece into round, flat disks, about 1/8" thick. Season again with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place 3 small slices of cheddar cheese in the center of half the beef patties, then top each one with another beef patty. Crimp well with your fingers to seal.

Cook the burgers on a hot griddle set over medium high heat (or on the grill) for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.


Serve with the  burger sauce and any desired toppings.
