Rebecca makes candied orange peel, tangerine rinds. It's a very inexpensive Christmas Present, delicious, easy to make, and also a great decorative topping for other desserts and cakes. Candied Orange Peel, Candied Orange Rind, has been a traditional treat throughout history, but you can use tangerine peels, lemon peel, lime, satsuma mandarins, grapefruit, any citrus at all! Try this recipe once and you will do it over and over, it's that easy! Make sure you boil them a number of times and make sure you cut near the colored part of the orange peel to get the bitterness out.
