Lumpiang Sariwa is the most poplar variant of the Filipino Lumpia. The ingredients that go into this Lumpia recipe are minced ubod, flaked chicken, crushed peanuts, and turnips. This dish is not fried and is served with a sauce prepared from chicken stock and garlic. Another variant of the Filipino Lumpia is Lumpiang Shanghai, which is filled with ground pork or beef, minced onion and carrots. This is usually paired with a sweet and sour sauce. Lumpiang Prito, also known as Lumpiang Gulay is the fried variety of Filipino Lumpia.
