This is a training program involving young talents to rediscover their capabilities through learning and traveling in France. Thierry Marx, being an enthusiastic learner earned ‘Cap’ (Certificate of Professional competence, French diploma) in pastry making. But, he had left his dream for joining army to serve the nation.
Somehow the situations again imporved for him in the field of cooking and since then he did not look back. He worked in many famous French restaurants in Paris and proved his mettle.
