This classy champagne cocktail is the real deal. I know because Hugh Hefner taught me how to make it. And he's real.
Sugar/Sugar cube | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Bitters | 1 Dash | |
Chilled champagne | 4 Ounce ((or a cheap knock | |
Lemon rind | 1/2 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
1.Put the sugar in the bottom of a glass and douse with a little bitters.
2.Slowly pour in the champagne.
3.The champers will mix it up slightly; you can stir gently with a chopstick if you want but then you dont get the neato red sugar at the bottom so thats your business.
SERVING:
4.Garnish with a twist of lemon peel dropped into the glass and serve.
