Professional Life Of Pichet Ong

Pichet Ong is a graduate in architectural design from the University of California and is currently pursuing a career of a food professional. He initially joined La Folie as its Pastry Chef where he mastered the technique of baking both sweet and savory dishes. He also gained employment in various restaurants of New York City with the intention of acquiring culinary skills.

 

Pichet Ong was the opening chef at the RM where he was critically acclaimed and received high praise from the entire media of New York City. Ong also served as a consultant chef for 66 and Spice Market owned by Jean Georges Vongerichten. The desserts created by him helped the eateries to receive three stars from the New York Times.
