Cranberry Orange Relish with Black Walnuts

If you are looking for a vibrant dish for your table, this cranberry relish with a distinct flavor of black walnuts is sure to please.

Ingredients

Cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) , deseeded
Apple 1 , cored and roughly chopped
Orange 1 , peeled and roughly chopped
Celery stalk 2 , roughly chopped
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Jellied cranberry sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1 Pinch
Black walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1.  In a food processor, combine cranberries, apple, orange, and celery. Pulse 3-4 times.

2.  Add in the sugar, jellied cranberry sauce and a pinch of salt. Pulse once again.

3.  Add in the black walnuts and process breifly, without over mixing the ingredients.

 

SERVING

4.  Serve with sandwiches or as a side dish.
