Cranberries | 2 Cup (32 tbs) , deseeded | |
Apple | 1 , cored and roughly chopped | |
Orange | 1 , peeled and roughly chopped | |
Celery stalk | 2 , roughly chopped | |
Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Jellied cranberry sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Black walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In a food processor, combine cranberries, apple, orange, and celery. Pulse 3-4 times.
2. Add in the sugar, jellied cranberry sauce and a pinch of salt. Pulse once again.
3. Add in the black walnuts and process breifly, without over mixing the ingredients.
SERVING
4. Serve with sandwiches or as a side dish.
